The worst experience ever!
While I find that those who work on the helpline when you call in very helpful and quite considerate. The case workers and their supervisors would appear to be devoid of any moral compass when it comes to the best interests of the injured worker. I'm reminded by some that 'hey it's an insurance company' and said companies are always looking to not pay. However this "insurance company" is not paying for a fender bender or stolen items.
