Moved back from the east coast for this gym! The energy, the music the variety in workouts and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE INSTRUCTORS who are hands down some of the GREATEST motivators I know make this gym one of a kind!!!
I love dropping in here whenever I’m in town! I have probably been about a dozen times over the past 10 years. Linda’s energy is always through the roof and Emily is super welcoming and encouraging too. The space is HUGE and has equipment for all sorts of movements. They do a good job keeping things clean, welcoming all abilities, and encouraging modifications or extra work/stretching after class. I'm regularly inspired to challenge myself in the workouts. Other workout participants are friendly and encouraging. Exceptional variety of workouts, Inspirational coaches/workout leaders, Nice equipment, Admirable attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I'm having fun and achieving my goals! 💪
Best place to workout out! No two workouts are ever the same! Great music, great energy! Work at your level , you can always modify movements! Every machine imaginable and workout equipment!
