A clean, friendly and community oriented gym. My partner and I frequented this gym on the reg until we moved out of the area. If you're looking for a place with good equipment/facilities and great rates this is our number one choice for the area

How cool is this? I trained for an external event and asked the gym management if I could represent the club. I received incredible support, even without paying for personal training. I was even given a club t-shirt and recognition for my effort. This is exactly why I train at this small business gym. Fancy a chain gym being enthused. One day the gym may get a very sharp etched bar for heavy lifts, but I'm still welded on!
