In January, I was in the ER with excruciating back pain. It was terrifying. I’ve been training with Hayley three times a week ever since I was released from PT and I’m amazed at my progress. She’s is an absolute wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition. The gym is incredibly clean, stocked with everything you could imagine, and everyone has been kind and respectful. Awesome gym and the best trainer ever.

My favorite place to work out in all of VB! The gym is always spotless, never crowded, and has every piece of equipment you could ever need and in great condition. The 24/7 availability comes in clutch for those that have an odd work schedule. They also offer a tanning bed, hydromassage, and 1 on 1 personal training if desired. Cannot say enough nice things about this place, I love being a member!

Had to switch gyms, the bathrooms were always disgusting and smelled of pee. Didn’t even want to lay my bag down, the staff was never there to pick the phone or answer questions, the equipment is new enough but can tell they aren’t being maintenance as frequently as they should and there’s no room to exercise because the machines are so close together. Not to mention the area it’s in has trash and homeless everywhere. If you’re a female going here at night bring a work out buddy. I stopped going

All of the equipment feels new and the entire gym including the locker room is very clean. I’ve been to a lot of gyms in the area and this one has been the best. Can’t beat it for the value. Hydro massage and tanning available as well. And on top of all that the owners are incredible.
