The gym is small, the locker room is even smaller. (We're talking about 20 square feet in the corner of the bathroom that overlooks the toilets.) The employees were friendly, but that's about the only positive I can think of.

I love going to the gym. Ive lost 7 pounds since joining and i feel great! I look forward to working with my personal trainer after the first of the year. Brett was very professional and went out of his way to make sure I knew what was available.

Great variety of equipment, weights, and deadlift and squat stations. Good atmosphere and group of fellow lifters and clean bathrooms and showers. Love going very early when serious lifters are going hard
