A fantastic staff and very nice gym! Toni Jo might be the most amazing staff member I have ever met. She is so full of heart and just loves helping people out. She is always encouraging members to be their best. We absolutely love Toni the most amazing human on the planet! The gym is small but packs all the equipment you see in most bigger gyms. As a Special Forces Veteran, I give the gym an A+. Come down and give it a try! I promise you’ll love it!
Zoe was awesome and made the experience very stress free and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone interested.
