It use to be so great! But now it is a dump. The urinal hasn't been working for months and you can't lock the stall. The equipment is also run down.
They really need to improve their customer service skills and stop trying to pressure members into spending more money. While I was relaxing in the massage chair—which I believed was included with my membership—the General Manager stood over me with another employee, both trying to persuade me to upgrade.
