I recently joined Anytime Fitness in Port Orange, and I must say I have enjoyed attending, for the simple reason of the Free group training with Brendan!! The kid really knows what he's doing and I am impressed by his abilities to train a few of us at the same time with differential fitness goals and levels! He also makes it fun! (He can't count though! His 20 and my 20 don't seem to add up). I feel I will be able to reach my fitness goals with him!
