I do like this gym but I think their billing and membership is a joke. I asked if I could add my fiancé to my acct and I was told she has to open a separate acct. I can only add minors to my acct. the fact I have to pay bi weekly is ridiculous because you get charged tax twice a month. It’s all about money and not the people . Great gym with MX4 classes that kick your butt. Coach Gio and Molly take you to a different fitness level.
This place is a DUMP. The equipment is old and it smells. To become a member is a piece of cake, to CANCEL, even with MILITARY ORDERS is a NIGHTMARE; this is not a military friendly gym. I was on a month to month plan, cancelled at the beginning of the month, it took days for me to receive a “cancellation email” which requires the member to create ANOTHER ACCOUNT just to CANCEL your membership, and once I received the email I noticed that they charged me for the first two weeks of the next month that my membership would be I... read more
