Great staff! Plenty of diverse equipment, Friendly members. Monrhly trainer mtg to stay on track. Weekly classes. Clean. All ages friendly. Open ANYTIME. What are you waiting for?! (Note: ea gym is independently owned and not the same. This one is SUPER from start to finish!)

I came to WOAT and had initial coaching sessions with Robert Bidwell. He was extremely supportive and encouraging. He was patient while I was learning how to use the equipment and develop a routine. He made "going to the gym" something to look forward to.
I truly love this gym. I've been a member for 6 plus years now. The gym has ample free weights, machines, and cardio equipment in a clean environment. The staff is great, and is knowledgeable with the equipment and on how to get your body into shape. My work often carries me outside of the area for an extended amount of time. I've never had any issues in freezing my membership while I am away. And one of the best things about this gym is that it is truly 24 hours. Good gun with ample equipment and not much wait for equipment, you can get a work out done without my h wait or interference. Staff is friendly and helpful.
