Ava has a great senior class. It’s helped me greatly with my balance and mobility.
Overall, it's a nice gym. My only constructive feedback would be that some of the equipment needs some maintenance. Torn seats, especially on the leg extension. Several of the accessories for the cable system need new grips/ handles. Also, it's pretty hot in there, especially for a gym. There's two giant fans in the ceiling that are never on. Those things should be running 24/7.
It’s a good gym to workout
77 degrees in there today. Unacceptable. Multiple people fanning themselves. The poor, lone associate isn't allowed to touch the controls.
