Best place to workout at. Legit 24/7 I have a really odd work schedule and it’s nice to have a place to go to for a great price. They’ve got great machines, free weight machines, and awesome cardio equipment.
Ava has a great senior class. It’s helped me greatly with my balance and mobility.
Overall, it's a nice gym. My only constructive feedback would be that some of the equipment needs some maintenance. Torn seats, especially on the leg extension. Several of the accessories for the cable system need new grips/ handles. Also, it's pretty hot in there, especially for a gym. There's two giant fans in the ceiling that are never on. Those things should be running 24/7.
