This gym has a good variety of equipment and is generally clean, which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a decent place to work out, but I wish there were more space for stretching and group classes.

As long as you don't mind a gym thats always dirty, bathrooms that see very little attention, the constant smell of high protein diets, and rude staff this is the place for you! I took my business back to Golds.
