Its the goldilocks of gyms... it might not have certain specialized pieces of equipment, but they have everything you need, when you couple that with the 24 hour access, the ameneties, the friendly staff... it all intesects at a great value for your money. Great people. Great environment. Great for seniors, aspiring meatheads (like myself), and and everyone in between.
I am new to town and I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. Love their recovery zone, also love the option of 24/7 gym access. Can’t wait for this to become “my gym”.
WE LOVE DESTANIE!!! Destanie makes the experience so much better and never fails to motivate! such an amazing place to workout, everyone is so friendly!!!
I love this place!!! The staff is wonderful. Ms. Hannah and the new sweet girl who works the front desk. She always goes above and beyond. (I hate that i don't have a name.) Great place to get a fantastic work out! And Destanie makes every visit a joy!!!!
