This is the best gym in the area, it has many Amenities, weight , aerobic, and large free weight selection. It is always clean and the staff are there to help. My card had an issue, I spoke with Lori and she fixed everything in a matter of minutes. She was friendly, courteous, and very Knowledgeable. I would recommend joining this gym to all ages and any fitness level.
Don't know why a news station can't be put on 1 TV. I've inquired 2 times and still nothing. Be nice to choose station like at Planet Fitness, who offers better conveniences.
As someone who has been terrified of joining a gym for 15+ years I am excited and optimistic after meeting Laurie & touring the facility. The first thing I noticed was how clean the gym was and nicely laid out but what won me over was how patient Laurie was and she made sure all of my questions were answered. Then the personal trainer reached out ASAP to introduce herself and ensure I was scheduled to meet with her. So far I'm quite impressed!
Peter was very helpful, friendly& professional.
