I went on a one-day pass to try this gym out, and I’m so glad I did before signing up. The place is absolutely disgusting. Half the equipment is worn out or filthy, most of the machine padding is completely worn down, and the bathrooms are never clean. Things are scattered everywhere with no organization, and even the water stations are filthy. For the price they charge, you’d expect a clean and safe environment, but this gym is the exact opposite. Horrible customer service. Hours aren’t accurately listed. I signed up online and after going to the center, it was messy, and unorganized. No one was at the desk. I immediately inquired about a refund and cancellation which was approved via email, but 2 weeks have gone by and no refund has gone through and my membership is still listed as active. I have sent 4 emails and no one responds. Avoid at all costs. For the same rate go to Genesis Health Club. They have a pool, clean facilities, AND kind staff.

The gym environment and equipment are nice. However, I moved away and tried to cancel my membership. I was told I had to go online. I went online and there is no link to cancel membership. The person in the office said she could not cancel it for me. I tried to get a block on that payment however the bank will charge a $30 fee anyway. To sum it all up, I had to get a completely new bank account with new routing and account number as well as new card. Excuse my French but this is absolute bullshit.
