Love this gym. Great to have something affordable close to TR, staff is friendly and helpful. Not overcrowded and a very calm, not-intimidating environment. It's always super clean. Love it even more now that Lynn has added new equipment and brought in some specialty stuff for the ladies!!!

Great gym! It’s always clean and never too busy, so you can actually get a good workout in without waiting on equipment. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff are great — the cute guy at the front always says hi;)
