They refuse to let you cancel any way other than in person and are rude about it. Go elsewhere. Their policies are unethical money grabs.

Hard to cancel. Moved away and they won't let you cancel over phone. Downloaded the app to cancel but it says my email doesn't exist, so I canceled payment through my bank and the gym sent me to collections. Don't use this gym.

This place feels like a trap. We tried to cancel a membership over a year ago after moving, but were told it could only be done in person — despite being 40 minutes away. The app didn’t recognize the membership, phone calls were rarely answered, and every attempt to cancel was ignored or made intentionally difficult. We continued to be charged monthly for a membership we couldn’t use or cancel. Eventually, we had to file a claim through our bank to stop the charges. Now, they've sent the account to collections.
