Closed randomly on a Saturday at 7pm at night. Scanner removed so members can’t access the gym. No notice and no notification they are closed. Go elsewhere.

Horrible gym with horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor don’t come here first of all they continuously try not to cancel your account when you want to cancel and charge you extra fees for services you’ve not used. Second, you could only use this facilities that you want to use when somebody’s present. And third of all, they have no customer service skills and a greedy and just mad because planet fitness moved in next-door. Do yourself a favor go to planet fitness anytime over this crap gym.

I will never in my life get stuck with another gym membership.. when ask to talk to the person about my account they said i don’t want to speak to the customer.. they keep billing you for services you don’t ever use .. they are very rude and will keep calling you over and over they lie to you and get you trapped into paying to even cancel this place is a trap and they are very unprofessional try to get a trainer couldn’t even get that and I’m paying you all this money never again go to planet fitness.:

Paid for a whole year, they are now closing only after 4 months and want me to drive all the way to Boston road and won’t give me a prorated refund, scummy, shady business dealings. What a horrible company. It’s not my fault you can’t keep up with planet fitness, why am I being punished for it.

Olivia, Adam and staff are always attentive, personal and helpful. The gym is always clean and well equipped with everything you need for a great work out. Been a member for several years, highly recommend the facilities, works for any schedule and a great value!
