I love the small gym feel, but with large gym equipment. Staff is very friendly, even met the owner who is very nice as well. My personal trainer is awesome, helps me with reaching my goals and my nutrition, keeps me on my toes and not cheating myself. The other members here are nice and always willing to help out when you need a spot. Perfect place to workout if your not into the large gyms and crowds.

Lizbeth is usually the person at the front desk when I come in she’s great and so friendly! Also the gym itself is great the staff is on it and the equipment is really good and up-kept as well and the restrooms are clean they also clean the general gym daily

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this gym! The manager, Chris, is one of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. It’s a family-owned gym, and by far the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Even the members take pride in keeping the equipment clean, and the staff is always tidying up. Seriously, it’s that clean! If your looking for a gym with classes and group sessions, this gym is not for you. However, if you are looking for a gym that is clean, decently maintained, has 24 hour access for members, and usually has machines/weights you need available (not a lot but enough for the members), then this is a gym you will like at a good price.
