I canceled because I moved and not only did I have to pay for another month, but they also fully removed my access. It feels like I’m being punished. They also will not reply on Facebook or email. When I previously went through the cancellation process listed on their site, I received no reply and my membership continued. EDIT Holly immediately corrected the issue that was caused by a new employee. I feel bad now so let me tell you the GOOD about this gym. Its probably the cleanest gym ive ever belonged to. Holly, thank you for reaching out. I would like to clarify that I intend to remove my one star rating, as my prior experiences with your gym have consistently been 5 star quality. I recently took a break from working out for a couple years due to an illness. Now that I have recovered, I was looking forward to returning.
