I really do enjoy this gym. It has all the basic stuff that I need and its never packed so I am able to get my workout circuits in very easily so I am out quicker which is amazing... The only issue I have with this place is that it is consistency very warm in it. The temperature on the wall over the past couple of months has been 77 degrees and above and today was 78. Mind you that they only have a couple of ceiling fans going inside but please dont tell me the "heat rising" makes that much of a difference when its only a co... read more

Its a great place to workout, truly 24/7, staff are incredibly helpful, and its almost never crowded

I decided on this gym for the flexible hours, but I get a good workout here. There's alot of equipment and free weights packed into the space, including pressing benches and squat racks. The dumbbell weights rise in 2.5 lb increments up to 30 lbs, which is better for novices, then in 5 lb. increments to 100 kbs. It's appealingly designed and clean. I have noticed that the new management regulates the temperature better. It can get a bit warm near the exterior windows on hot days but that's almost unavoidable.
