One thing I appreciate about these gyms is very clean equipment is in good repair. These things are important to me and at 2 AM. It’s never crowded. I’m the only one in here. I hope they build up more of these gyms.

I’ve been a loyal member of this gym and usually go to the Gallatin location, where the staff has always been welcoming, professional, and helpful. Because of that positive experience, I recently started going to the Hendersonville location, and unfortunately, the difference has been disappointing. During multiple visits, the two front desk employees I interacted with (one with orange-ish hair and other with dark hair and pale skin) were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming.
