A very friendly staff that is always welcoming. The over all environment is nice and very clean. Great place to casually workout with no judgement.

Great place to workout. Always super clean and friendly staff. In almost 2 years of going there, I have never seen one machine broken or out of order, they really upkeep and take care of their equipment in this gym. I have 2 gym near my house but drive to this one 3-4x per week.

I love this location and have been coming here for about 5 years. I live in Gallatin, and even though there is a WOA just 3 minutes from me, I choose to drive to Hendersonville specifically because of the space, options and cleanliness. The only reason I cant give 5 stars, is because the after hours scanner at the front door never works. I can only work out after hours and can never get in, as well as other members.
