I’ve been a loyal member of this gym and usually go to the Gallatin location, where the staff has always been welcoming, professional, and helpful. Because of that positive experience, I recently started going to the Hendersonville location, and unfortunately, the difference has been disappointing. During multiple visits, the two front desk employees I interacted with (one with orange-ish hair and other with dark hair and pale skin) were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Earned my respect. Door wasn't working so I had to get a day pass at UFC gym. Called to see if they would reimburse me. They said they would within 3-5 business days. Clayton and the manager (didn't get their name) were extremely helpful during the process. As for the gym itself, couldn't complain. They have what I need, usually not too busy when I go, and are 24 hours.
