I'd have to agree with one of the other patrons about this facility being a scam. I had an unexpected charge and when asked was informed by someone named Tammy that it was an annual fee to keep my price locked in. I've never heard of such a ridiculous charge when I have not signed up for a long term contract. I'm on a month to month. The other thing is when you call to cancel they tell you it has to be in person. Then you see the sign on the wall after they point it out that you have to cancel a month in advance.
