I'd have to agree with one of the other patrons about this facility being a scam. I had an unexpected charge and when asked was informed by someone named Tammy that it was an annual fee to keep my price locked in. I've never heard of such a ridiculous charge when I have not signed up for a long term contract. I'm on a month to month.
