Gym is small but it has everything you need and more in a gym equipment is great and staff is very informative and friendly

Great gym facility, exceptional sauna room with state of the art medical RedLED beauty lights; tremendous choice of free weights and exercise machines but probably my favorite part about this gym is the other patrons - absolutely the best bunch of folks who will always help you with the right way to do the exercises safely and efficiently as well as the courtesy I’ve seen there from everyone which really makes the place special. I’ve had a membership at this gym since Danny first opened it. Lately, nothing has been working; the sauna is broken again, which is the main reason I got their membership. Hoping it improves.. Considering its under new management

Was in the area vacationing & found 24/7, stopped in to see if they had a daily rate to provide my workout needs. Habeem was very welcoming & accommodating. Not only was the equipment everything I needed to stay on track with my fitness goals, I found the all staff giving great attention to the facility but cleaning & straightening up & most important to the members.
