Pre June 2025 I would have had nothing out of the ordinary to complain about this gym. But between previous and new management I would caution anyone joining to extensively review your contract before signing and assure you have all copies of communication. Joined 7/23. Finished 1 yr contract. Cancelled 1/25. Began being charged again 5/25. Took 4 days to get a hold of HUGO, new owner. Had to go in person to actually get ahold.
