Per my agreement, notice of intent to cancel shall be submitted in writing. Done. Per my agreement, if the initial contract is satisfied, I may cancel at any time for any reason. Done. Per my agreement, contracts may not be in excess of 36 months. As of 02/20/2025 my account was paid in full. I did not sign a contract renewal and yet this business is harassing me relentlessly trying to squeeze a few more dollars out of me. Became a member mid May 2025 and worked with their PT, Jonalyn for 4 weeks doing 1 hour sessions. Lost 8 lbs and inches of every part of my body while also building muscle. The body scan they provide is NEXT LEVEL but the care and effort Jonalyn was the reason I hit the goals. Amazing experience with her!!
