Good Location. All the staff have been especially helpful. I use a wheelchair, and I have no problem in the locker room or among the machines. I especially like the cable machines and dumbbells. And if I need help lowering a handle, getting a barbell down, or doing anything else, it is easy to get help. I am glad I got a personal trainer—Nicole has been great, and the cost is cheaper than I worried. Once a week is a great anchor to a week of workouts.
