I have been a member of WOAT for 4 months. The facility is always clean. Heather has been very helpful in answering questions about proper techniques in strength training and in nutrition. Also having the body scan done has been a game changer in body composition. This gym has it all, sauna, tanning, and a hydromassage chair. One stop shop for all your fitness needs. Highly recommend them.
Gym is nice but the lady owner is obnoxious and rude. Will not be back simply because of the owners bad attitude.
Dont waste your time. This place is garbage. It has to be the most unclean gym I have ever been to. Not to mention when you go to cancel your membership they charge you for an additional month in ths future. This must be to a very hight cancelatuon rate. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
