The gym has a problem when it comes to stocking commonly used machines. This causes unnecessary wait times even when the gym is not that busy. For example the only pec-deck they have will have a wait time for it even when the gym is near empty. They instead pryoritize barely used equipment like hip thrusts, glute coasters, and a slew of bikes that are barely touched. Jessica Keen Director of Sales. falsely accused me of wanting to harm someone just because I called them an offensive name. She took words and since I’m a man she chose to be sexist and think words mean actions. She’s dangerous to men watch out. If I was a woman I bet she would of just said my account is canceled and to not come back but no I’m she flat out tried to discriminate me because I’m a man

Probably the newest collection of equipment in the Cookeville area. The various remodels have not been managed very efficiently and has been very frustrating. A little more variety in the equipment would make it perfect. I can’t wait until I don’t have to wait in line for the restroom anymore. One of the absolute best parts of my experience is Maddox. I joined because my son goes there. They charge 17 something every 2 weeks. I have been going there 2 months and my 17 something gets deducted and then 2 days later 49.99. Oh that is their annual fee. 45 days in they slap you with that. I stood there and cried because I didnt budget for that and have lots of other issues going on.
