I just want to say I have never met a more caring person in my life. Brittany Farmer is there to support you through everything: working out, major life events, and just life! I couldn’t be more thankful to have her as my trainer! She is a true inspiration! She is the moment! She is an absolute ray of sunshine! Did I mention she deserves a RAISE?!!!!! This place has such a friendly atmosphere! Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful! Jaydan is so helpful and knowledgeable when is comes to my nutrition! Jac is so kind and also very knowledgeable he helps any time i have a question about a certain exercise the crew here is such a blessing!!

Every time I enter I have to ask if the saunas are on. It gets old and half of the time I don’t think the staff even checks to see if they’re on. I have learned that you get what you pay for. It’s Cheaper than the Ymca, but I have learned most of the time you get what you pay for. Heading back to the Y. Would not recommend this place especially if you pay for the premium membership. It’s not worth it. Just an Honest review I’m not mad.
