UPDATING MY REVIEW - I called to cancel and was sent to a call center that appears to be outsourced. I pay monthly and have been a member for about 1.5 years but have not gone in a few months. Cancelling was very difficult. I had to give a "30 day notice" and could not cancel immediately, even though I verified multiple times I wanted to cancel and did not want to freeze the account.
