Well-maintained equipment and facilities, wonderful owner/family, dismal atmosphere created by toxic abrasive manager Billie which will make you loathe coming to work out here.
Very small gym. Equipment in weight area is more difficult to adjust for short people than other gyms that I have gone to.
I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From the moment I started coming here, Billie has been amazing; she offered me a body scan (beware- you will be humbled) and even put together a fitness plan to help me reach my goals. The place is always spotless every time I walk in, and the trainers are so encouraging. They never make me feel bad for having to do the modified versions of their workouts, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to get started.
