Bad customer service
Made the switch from planet fitness… very much worth it. Even when this gym is crowded, I’m not waiting 10+ minutes on a machine to open. Great atmosphere full of people truly seeking improvement in life.
I joined this gym temporarily while visiting Aiken to take care of my mother who was undergoing chemotherapy and was told I could cancel after this period without further charges. When I attempted to cancel, I was unable to do so because I couldn't log in to my member portal. I contacted the gym many times to try to go through the proper procedure and, after many weeks, finally figured out why I couldn't: they had mis-spelled my name (hence why the log-in didn't work). Clean, nice equipment. Staff is friendly.
I was helped today by Kat & she was so knowledgeable about the gym and all of the programs they offered. She gave me a guided tour of the facility, made sure to point out the areas that fit exactly what I was looking to improve on. Overall she made the registration process simple. I look forward to working out anytime ☺️
