I attempted to sign up for membership but due to internet issues I was unable to. Ever since that day I have been charged for 2 memberships monthly and get the run around about getting a refund. How is my account being charged if the membership was never completed? Now this month I was told that someone else came in and added their name to a family membership for me to pay for. I love working out
I was charged a $49.99 annual fee. Did not know I could get charged an annual fee while my account was frozen. I was not given a refund. Very disappointed.
