Difficult to cancel membership, staff were rude when trying

Will try to charge you as much as possible when you try to cancel your membership. I sent cara an email with all the information requested on the website. To which she replied “we cannot cancel the membership without a valid credit card on the account” I responded with screenshots of my debit card statement including images of the recent charge from the previous month.
