No longer reside in the South Jersey area but we brought my mother-in-law here and our experience was horrible.
Went in for a pre-employment physical and barely had any wait time. Staff was very friendly. Great experience 👍🏻
Aug 8, 2022. Do not deserve a one start! Can in this morning receptionist/ nurse did not greet we pleasant. She asked if I had a appointment I replied no. " I got a snippet reply like I was supposed to already no how to proceed. After signing in I stood their a min then when she decided to look up at me again she just said have a seat!... I will never come back here again. I would never conduct a customer service in that manner.
Rude front staff rude technician they acted like it's was a bother that they had to provide a service that they are there for. I was talked down to by the tech so very unprofessional. I will drive an hour away before returning to this place which is five minutes away.
It’s been months since my appointment but am back with my significant other. I understand being short staffed but this has gone on for months with multiple reviews and nothing done about it. The attitudes of the front desk staff and deplorable. They are some of the most rude individuals i have ever met. A bad experience here seems to be the most common thing you’ll get.
