Dropped off my almost new generator (kept indoors, <10 hours of use) in February 2022 for an issue. They gave excuses for months about why it wasn’t done yet. Never once reached out to me to give me an update like a decent business owner would do. After awhile they started dodging my phone calls. After 17 months I was furious. Workman had our mower for 7 months and cost over $1000 and it still wasn't working correctly. Never again!!!! If this website would allow zero stars, that's what I would give it
Very fair prices
They have had my lawn mower for almost 2 months will not answer the phone or give me any update. Now the voice mail dose not work. This is the worst customer service/ repair shop ever! If you have 6 months to wait maybe a good fit for you.
