I had a scheduled appointment at 9 am and I arrived about 5 min early even with a new baby and toddler at home, only to be TURNED AWAY by the front desk staff because I was not 30 min early to my appointment. Apparently your appointment time is not actually the scheduled time, it is 30 min earlier than that. So not only do you have the allot extra time to navigate the crowded parking garage, you now have to be 30 min early to your appointment or they will turn you away. What a waste of time.
I have been a patient of Dr Rebecca Workman for over four years and find her to b very attentive, reviews test results and explains well. Always on time and staff schedules me quickly. I highly recommend her.
Had my first appointment with Dr Workman yesterday. From check in to check out, my experience was outstanding. Great staff, clean environment, and excellent care. Dr Workman is kind, polite and very clear in her communication. Her assistant Brenda was wonderful. I’m glad I chose this provider and her team as my primary provider.
