After being out of the strength and fitness game for a bit, I knew coming back would be difficult, both mentally and physically. A great invigorating fitness experience! John customizes to your needs with a wide variety of engaging exercises. I haven’t felt this motivated to be my best since retiring from the U.S. Air Force.

I can't say enough good about this place! John and his other instructors are fantastic. If you're looking to break away from the corporate feel of other gyms, or are turned off by the Crossfit madness, this is the place for you! Fantastic community feel without the pressure of fitting into a cult like atmosphere. Bring your challenges and goals and I'm sure you'll achieve what you want.

John helped me hit a fitness level I never saw in my life. To achieve this at 40+ years old I am shocked by how effective the classes have been. You can’t beat the fun family feeling of his classes either!
