What a terrible experience. I called to book a consultation, and the way they talked to me made me feel they were only interested in getting paid first, then we could talk. The instructions were super confusing and unclear. I understand every business needs to make money, but when money is put ahead of people and the service provided, then why even come to an employment lawyer in the first place?
