Fantastic program, until you decide you no longer want to be on the medication. Then you’re a burden to them and you’re on your own. It’s either more medication, or good luck. Also it’s hard to discuss this in a video call with 10 peers also trying to have their monthly one on one. Personally I enjoyed the new group format, but it can easily get hijacked if there’s an issue, and let’s be honest there’s always an issue in this world. At first I loved it here. They took Insurance unlike many places. And For over 2 years every month was the same... I'd have a one on one appointment with my provider, I'd take my at home drug test a couple of days before that appointment & like clock work my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy immediately after my appointment. Excellent Service all around. I had no problems or complaints. UNTIL everything changed. They went to mandatory group (10 people ) Doctors Appointments. Be careful, if you build up any kind of balance in my case $50 from a mistake they will of course refuse to continue helping you AND most heartbreaking refuse to give you your medical records. They are also moving to group sessions only. So you will be stuck for an hour each month listening to multiple people talk about their health concerns before you get your script. This place was great at first. Now they are getting greedy. Absolute shame and sad because they were good.
I've been in treatment here for over 2 years. I was on Suboxone for over 5 years before moving here from San Diego. I have yet to have a negative experience here at Workit Health, they have been wonderful, I have a good working relationship with my nurse practitioner, Mandy, she's great! At 65 I'm really settled in my ways and with God, my family and Suboxone, with the support I receive here at Workit Health, I should be around for another 30 years!
