The whole process was slow. Don’t get me wrong they did help but they only reached out to me if they needed information when I needed something it took forever to get someone to help. Also when I did finally settle my case the bank they used had 3 returned checks so the check got flagged by my bank and instead of helping me get it processed no one was available to call the bank they used to get it resolved. I’m glad it’s all over
I deeply regret hiring these workers rights attorneys. When I asked my attorney, Anna maria, whether I should quit my job due to my injury, she told me to go ahead. Following that advice I ended up ruining my chances for any workers compensation settlement and cut off all further work conditioning for my shoulder surgery. This was terrible, negligent advice that caused me more harm than good. I would not recommend trusting them with your case. Their guidance can seriously backfire and leave you worse off.
