Working Class Roofing was professional from start to finish from the sales negotiation to the installation. The work was done very well with good communication and prompt responses when questions arose. There were a few issues with cleanup but James was very quick to make it right himself and honest about the imperfections of the crew. In the end, high quality work was provided at an affordable price.
We had some noticeable roof leaks after a large amount of rain. Our chimney flashing was in poor shape and we knew a total replacement was needed. Replacing a roof is a big investment so we had a few estimates and decided to get just one more, which was Working Class. James provided the best quote, went above and beyond to help our situation, and was on site each day of the job. Our old roof was over 20 years old and we had 4 water spots on the ceiling. I was surprised to learn that all 4 leaks could have been prevented with more careful installation. James and his well trained crew removed the old siding and wrapped the house and garage. Installed all new. We have on the front porch a detailed area where they put in a very small section of siding it was a detail that others don't do. Hard to explain but if you seen it you would be impressed. So yes they are great. Roger (me) gives them 5 stars out of 5
We just had our roof replaced by Working Class. James was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. His crew got it knocked out quicker than we expected and we paid the quoted price with no surprises. We look forward to working with James on some future projects as well.
