The professionalism of the owner/operator and quality of work is very rare to find these days. I must say i love my roof, we've had it for over a year now and its been through all the many seasons of Ohio and is still as beautiful and high quality as the day it was installed! We had some noticeable roof leaks after a large amount of rain. Our chimney flashing was in poor shape and we knew a total replacement was needed. Replacing a roof is a big investment so we had a few estimates and decided to get just one more, which was Working Class. James provided the best quote, went above and beyond to help our situation, and was on site each day of the job. James and his well trained crew removed the old siding and wrapped the house and garage. Installed all new. We have on the front porch a detailed area where they put in a very small section of siding it was a detail that others don't do. Hard to explain but if you seen it you would be impressed. So yes they are great. Roger (me) gives them 5 stars out of 5
We just had our roof replaced by Working Class. James was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way.
