Gaven relocated the hinges without confirming first, which left multiple visible holes in the gate posts and damaged the aesthetic of the installation. The latch was also installed slightly misaligned and not flush with the post. I raised the issue within the same week of the work being completed, however the response over the phone was dismissive and I was told it wasn’t his problem.
