Gaven was professional, punctual and easy to communicate with. He quickly found the cause of the roof leak and fixed it properly. The work was neat and he provided clear photos and updates afterwards. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Working Class Hands to others.
Poor customer service. Can't return enquiries, can this guy be trusted with any job, big or small? Rang Gaven about a quote. His voicemail asked to send an email, which I did. No reply for a week so I sent another email and Gaven replied- "Hi llewellyn, i don't service that area, sorry." Would have been nice to get that reply straight away rather than having to follow up.
Gaven did a fantastic for us fixing a door and knocking out a patio. He is very professional - will definitely use again, Peter
