Our experience with Gaven was perfect. His communication was open and easy. We had a few patio poles replaced, Gaven completed the job in a timely manner, very organised and considerate to our family needs in regards to clean up. An excellent, tidy job. Gaven relocated the hinges without confirming first, which left multiple visible holes in the gate posts and damaged the aesthetic of the installation. The latch was also installed slightly misaligned and not flush with the post. I raised the issue within the same week of the work being completed, however the response over the phone was dismissive and I was told it wasn’t his problem.
