This place has the worst customer service I can possibly think of. Phil the only person that seems to be working there is rude, unhelpful and mostly MIA. I will be selling my 2 Workhorse Sabers as soon as I can. This place has gone downhill so bad. It's pretty lame to see.

Every manual press we have ever owned has been a Workhorse. Rose Transfers produces screen printed transfers so we used the Odyssey with a vacuum platen. These presses have been durable, accurate, and easy to use. I highly recommend Workhorse for any and all of their presses and dryers. In the past I have visited hundreds of shops and worked with every major manufacturer of screen printing equipment. Workhorse was a popular choice among shops both large and small.
Service department and online parts ordering have always been very helpful
