I had an issue that was resolved by Johnny, i really appreciate him for what he did for me. The customer service rep that usually answers the phone is always so nice too. This company is great and really cares for tattooers. I couldn't recommend them enough. Ive been buying from them for years, they have a customer for life!!

I do not suggest ordering from here. Twice in a row they messed up. I don’t have the time or money for a company that doesn’t have good quality control or can’t ship the correct product.
Ligit they have the absolute best customer service I ordered some stuff online and forgot to include the shop name in the address they went above and beyond to get back to me and corrected the issue I’d give them a rating of 20 on a scale of 1 to 10 wish I new the persons name so I could give them credit for the review thankyou so much yall gained a loyal customer for all my coil machine needs and the tshirts they have look so sick can’t wait to get my power supply and foot switch so excited and thankyou again and I love how... read more
