I joined Workhorse about 4 months ago and I love the energy here. I was looking to create healthy habits and I find the coaches to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone is very supportive of one another which makes the experience that much better. The classes always offer something new and challenging. I’m really happy that I made this decision for myself.

First off, the community at Workhorse Athletics is very accepting and encouraging. I really love that. The second thing is that it’s an impressive environment with a professional staff and trainers. You don’t ever see a trainer walking around in a pair of jeans and no shirt during a training session like I have at some other gyms that I’ve joined. The lack of professionalism can be very discouraging, I’ve found, and Workhorse Athletics is exceptionally professional while encouraging and affable at the same time.

I joined Workhorse looking for a gym to get myself back into a fitness routine. I tried other gyms but felt they lacked a team or family mentality. From day one with Workhorse I knew this was different. Coaches referred to everyone as a team member, and ensured they knew everyone on a first name basis.
