I would like to start this off by saying yes they did get the job done and get what we need but it was not a lovely experience. Doctor and front office staff were extremely rude. On multiple instances I was told one thing on the phone then as soon as I got there it was something different. Like the time they close, I needed to come pick up my paper work and when I arrived at 4:40 on a Wednesday they were closed but I was told they were open 8-5 Monday through Friday. Very kind and attentive, explained well and filled out correctly for my USCIS medical exam
Clinic was fast to attend me even 30 min before my appointment time. All the personnel and Doctor where awesome.
The Dr. here mistreated and discriminated against my Spanish speaking mother. She was sent here by the SS office for an eval and we will be sure to report her disregard for my mother's health. She made her leave after waiting an hour to be seen.
