One thing about this gym stands out to me. The culture. The equipment is good, the staff is great, the gym is clean but what really separates it from other gyms is the culture. When someone builds something you can tell if their heart was in it or not. The hearts of those who helped build this is definitely in it. You’ll have to visit to know what I’m talking about.
Initially, I really enjoyed this gym but… in December I decided to cancel my membership due to military obligation / relocating. Months later, I see that my card has continued to be charged . Despite calling and explaining that I’d like to cancel my membership back in December, my girlfriend’s account remained active. Although, I understand that they are technically seperate accounts I do not feel as if it is fair that I’m not entitled to a full refund even though the app shows zero check-ins. $220 gone to waste. I was recommended this gym by Brandon at 5star. My whole family went to check it out last night. It was awesome. Equipment was available, it was clean, and it has the equipment I need for my goals. Everything was organized in the same way my own home gym is organized. I can tell the people who work there and own it love what they’re doing just by the way everything is set up and taken care of.
