Love this place! Freaking amazing true powerlifting gym not messing with cables. 90% free weights. The culture in here is amazing. I wish I lived in Arkansas just so I could go to this gym but will definitely be back every time. I'm doing work in town. Thanks guys, this place is amazing
Great Gym! Owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. Gives the vibe of a classic body builder gym. They host comps and have a very active community. It’s great to see a gym like this that exists and isn’t completely commercialized like so many others.
I absolutely love it. The staff is so nice, the equipment is well maintained with plenty of specialized bars for different types of lifters, and a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend this place to everyone.
Moved to Little Rock and was looking for a new gym to train at. Could not recommend this place enough! Clean, great equipment, turf area, and the culture is incredible! Love this place.
