This place is a joke! Always trying to kick you off of stuff and I just renewed and just talked to a person why I hadn’t utilized my ccms and it wasn’t a problem just to receive an email today that they can’t Recertify my child care due to me not using it this past summer! Because that’s all I needed it for and had also advised them of that and it wasn’t all good! I can’t stand their programs they kick you off for every little thing and not much warning
