I had made a appointment to go in for a class to get help finding a job, but I don't have a car and my ride couldn't make it so I emailed them to see if they help with transportation. The lady I spoke to had no idea that Borger had a bus system, had no idea how it worked or anything. She just kept talking about different programs (which all I wanted was to make my appointment) which she she had no idea that the Borger office was doing in person classes.
