I had a very disappointing experience with my career navigator, Denise Domenech. She was consistently incompetent and had poor communication skills. It seems like she spends most of her time taking selfies at work instead of replying to emails or calls. On one occasion, when I showed up at her office, she rudely told me that she only had five minutes to talk. I arrived here at exactly 11:10 am to make sure I was going to be helped. 1 hour and 30 minutes I have been waiting for a person to help me and as I asked how much longer I would have to wait the lady at the front desk said there is only one person that is available and she had just gone to lunch. This place is awful. It is no wonder why poverty is rampant in El Paso. They won't let you get ahead. I tried asking about resources such as the WIOA, but they do not guide me in the proper direction. All they do is give you places to apply to--something you could do for yourself. Also, the ladies use Chat GPT when fixing your resume--effectively fabricating a false employment history.
