Slow, arcane occ health fembots bellowing out old mask rules and office policies. Heard one guy waited an hour for scheduled testing. Ranting about how dirty pens are being placed in a clean bin... patients aren't aware of your systems in place. Chastising grown men in hearshot in a passive-aggressive manner is simply ignorant and unprofessional. In all fairness it's not just this place but almost all these occ health businesses. I called a day ahead to schedule a TB test and they told me it is a walk in so I said fantastic I’ll be in tomorrow. Fast forward to now, the lady at the front desk guilt tripped me for not making an appointment told me she could do it but then if the front gets busy it is just too hard. She wouldn’t tell me a wait time. I told her I was self pay then I when I went to pay and she told me cash is a liability I had to pay with card which Is fine but tell people these things before they show up. Very frustrating experience.

I had a great experience at their facility. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I am 25 weeks pregnant and they were concerned with safety of a mandatory lift test and flexible working with my OB to get a lift order. Nurses were sweet and the physician was kind and efficient. Would highly recommend coming here if given a choice for a workplace physical.
