I am greatly appreciative of the help I received from Luis Roman and Veronica Burnett. After some tough circumstances I was left without a job. Both Luis and Veronica always kept me feeling positive in a bad situation. I was able to find a job with their help and even make a long term goal and plan for my future.

The services are poorly organized, and the support offered is minimal at best. It often felt like the employees were just going through the motions: lazy, disinterested, and completely unmotivated to provide actual assistance.
