Quick fast friendly and direct
I do not recommend this establishment. First - I called several times and no one answers the phone. Second - I left multiple messages to book an appointment without a call back for confirmation. Their voicemail system stated they are open for booking appointments and to leave a detailed message which I did. A timely response is essential when booking and securing such appointments, lack of communication is unacceptable.
Went in with out an appointment filled out paperwork saw Dr and was done within 35 minutes. Great experience. Highly recommend for DOT examinations.
Dr. Levine is great. I have been sending my drivers to him for DOT physicals for at least 10 years. My drivers don't have to sit and wait, and Dr. Levine gives them a thorough physical and I feel confident when my drivers get behind the wheel. I have also gone to Dr. Levine for chiropractic services. He reviewed my MRI before I got there, when I went in I could barely move my neck, when I left I felt like brand new.
